Payment Options
We accept payment via credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Diners Club) and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). We also offer the option to collect and pay from our Cape Town showroom (credit card and cash payments accepted). We accept cheque payments only with prior approval. If you would like pay via cheque, please contact us at sales@mammoth.co.za or 0861 000 370.

During the checkout process, you’ll be asked to choose from the following payment options:
Below is a little more detail on each option:
Credit Card
Paying with your credit card; the easiest and most convenient form of payment. We process all credit card payments using an authorized payment processor, MyGate (Pty) Ltd. MyGate’s system is approved by all major South African banks and international credit card companies. All sensitive information passed between Mammoth and MyGate during the payment process is encrypted and totally secure. You’ll notice that whenever you login to our website or enter the checkout process your browser is forced into secure mode (https://). This means that all information is encrypted (we use a thwate SSL123 certificate).
If you feel uncomfortable purchasing online using your credit card, please don't hesitate to contact us at sales@mammoth.co.za or 0861 000 370, so we can authorize your credit card over the phone.
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
If you selected EFT as your payment option during checkout, you’ll be requested to make payment to the bank details listed below. The below bank details will also be found on your invoice, which will be emailed to you:

After you have made the payment, please e-mail proof of payment to sales@mammoth.co.za. You can also fax your proof of payment to 086 657 6224. Please state your order number as a reference. Please note that the order process can’t begin until payment has been received.
In addition to EFT, we also accept direct deposit. If you’d like to make a deposit into our bank account from your ATM or local bank counter, you can do so. All the information above still applies.
Collect and Pay
If you’d like to collect your order from our Cape Town showroom and make payment at the same time, select this option. Please note this payment option will only be available if you've selected Own Collection as your shipping method. We accept credit card and cash payments in our showroom. We, unfortunately, don’t accept debit cards.
We'll let you know via email as soon as your order is ready for collection. Drop by to collect your order within five working days of notification (after five working days your order will be returned to stock).
Our showroom is open from 9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday & 9am to 4pm on Friday (closed weekends and public holidays). Read more about shopping at our showroom. Our physical address is:
